You retain all rights to your product data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions that should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
In no event shall ShopOps, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShopOps operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
